BigMotion vs AutoShorts vs Mubuz

By the Mubuz team · Published

All three tools make faceless short videos with AI and can post them for you. They differ in where they post, how they charge, and how much of the story you see before it goes out. Every fact about BigMotion and AutoShorts below comes from their own websites, checked on 27 October 2026. Prices change, so check their sites before you buy.

Where each tool posts

  • AutoShorts.ai: its site calls it a "Faceless Video Generator for TikTok & YouTube" and shows TikTok, YouTube and Instagram in its connect step.
  • BigMotion: its plans list "Auto-posting to TikTok, Instagram & YouTube".
  • Mubuz: YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels. Mubuz does not post to TikTok or Instagram; you can download any video and post it there yourself.

If TikTok auto-posting is what you need, AutoShorts or BigMotion fit better. If you run a Facebook Page, Mubuz is the one of the three that posts Reels to it.

Prices (as shown on 27 October 2026)

  • AutoShorts.ai: Starter $19 a month (posts 3 times a week), Daily $39 a month (once a day), Hardcore $69 a month (twice a day). Its free plan card said "Temporarily paused".
  • BigMotion: plan cards show Hobby $19, Daily $39 and Pro $79 a month (about 14, 30 and 60 videos a month). Its payment terms say these are first-month prices: "$39 / $89 / $179/month after a $19 / $39 / $79 first 1-month trial".
  • Mubuz: a free trial video with a watermark, no card needed, then Mini, Pro and Max plans paid in credits. See current prices.

How much control you keep

Mubuz is built around two approvals: you read and approve the story (edit any line, or send an episode back with a note), and you approve the main character, before any picture or video is made. After that, it runs on its own.

This matters for monetization. YouTube does not monetize content that "feels interchangeable from video to video", and asks that videos made with automated tools still show the creator's creative vision. Reading each story is the cheapest way to keep a series varied.

Which one to pick

  • You post mainly to TikTok: AutoShorts or BigMotion.
  • You want one fixed monthly price shown up front: AutoShorts (BigMotion's renewal price is higher than its first month).
  • You run YouTube Shorts and a Facebook Page, and want to approve each story and one recurring character: Mubuz.
