Refund Policy

This page explains how to cancel and when money is given back. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

The free trial (1 video, with a watermark) needs no card, so nothing is charged for it.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in the billing portal (Account, then Change plan). Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

No refunds

Cancelling a subscription is not a refund. Payments already made are not refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for unused videos or for part of a billing period, except where the law requires it.
