Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Mubuz service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old if you are in the European Economic Area) to use Mubuz.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

Plans, Billing, Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds

Mubuz offers a free trial and paid plans: Mini ($10.89 every 7 days), Pro ($31.89 every 15 days) and Max ($52.79 every month), plus any sales tax due where you live. Each plan has limits per billing period on the number of series, characters, and videos you can create; unused videos do not roll over to the next period.

Card payments are handled by Creem, our online reseller and Merchant of Record: Creem sells the subscription to you, charges your card, collects and pays any sales tax, and sends your receipts.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel in the billing portal (Account, then Change plan). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for any unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

Acceptable Use Policy

Mubuz is for stories that are safe for a general audience. You must not use Mubuz to create, ask for, or publish:

• NSFW content: nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexually suggestive or provocative content of any kind;
• any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises or endangers children;
• graphic violence or gore, content that promotes terrorism, self‑harm or suicide, or instructions for weapons or other harm;
• hateful or harassing content that attacks people for who they are;
• deepfakes or impersonation: content that shows a real person, or uses their face or voice, without their consent, or that could mislead people into thinking it is real;
• illegal content, fraud or scams, spam, or material that infringes other people’s rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy).

Everything you type that our AI uses to make pictures or videos (your idea, change requests, edits and style notes) is checked automatically before anything is made, and text that breaks these rules is refused. You must also follow the rules of any platform where you post (for example YouTube or Facebook). We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

An Independent Service

Mubuz is an independent product built on third‑party AI models and services (listed in our Privacy Policy). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, MiniMax, Kling, ElevenLabs, Cloudflare or any other model maker.

Your Content and AI Output

You retain ownership of the content you input (e.g., ideas, scripts, characters, uploaded pictures). AI‑generated output may be inaccurate, may resemble other users’ output, and is provided “as is”. You are responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it complies with our acceptable‑use rules and the rules of any platform where you post.

Connected Platforms

You may connect your YouTube or Facebook accounts to publish videos. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES‑256‑GCM) and are used only to upload videos you schedule and to read your account name. You can disconnect an account at any time, which deletes the token.

Watermark on Trial

Videos created during the free trial will include the watermark “Made with Mubuz”.

Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times.

Termination

You may stop using Mubuz and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or the law, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk.

Affiliate Program

• Any Mubuz user can join from “Earn with Mubuz” in the app and gets a personal link (any Mubuz page with ?ref=CODE).
• The link is remembered in a cookie for 60 days; if a visitor clicks several affiliate links, the last one counts.
• Affiliates earn 30% of what each customer they referred pays during that customer’s first 12 months. We may change the rate and length for future payments; the current terms are always shown on your affiliate page.
• Commissions are held for 30 days to cover refunds. A refund or chargeback takes the matching commission back.
• Payouts are sent by hand through PayPal or Wise to the payout email you save, once your available balance is at least USD 50.
• Not allowed: referring yourself or your own other accounts, bidding on the Mubuz name in search ads, spam, and misleading claims about Mubuz.
• We may close an affiliate account and keep unpaid commissions when we find fraud or misuse of these rules.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. AI‑generated content may be incorrect or incomplete, and you use it at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUBUZ VISION LTD (company number 16944715) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date; for important changes we will also tell you by email or in the app. Using Mubuz after a change means you accept the new terms.
